So sad, what happened to tradition. I guess it is a waste of time, as you younger people don't seem to remember. All the things we did so you would pass them on to your kids seems to have been forgotten. How much do you think was driven by guilt, and you guys are just not a guilty bunch like we were??? I don't know, and I give up trying to second guess it. But why did you buy a pumpkin because you got one as a kid and used to carve it BEFORE Halloween???? Oh well, I guess times are changing! Have a happy Thanskgiving!
